"Our loved one took ill without any warning. It was devastating to find out days later that she would need hospice care. John Mata was so compassionate and kind, and an advocate for our family. We never felt alone, we never felt unsure of what to expect, and we felt very supported by everyone at Alaga Hospice.
Our calls were answered promptly, medication changes were made in short order, we received any equipment we needed, and most importantly our loved one was well cared for.
Our loved one passed away on Thanksgiving day. We received phone support, nursing visits and a quick response to our loved one’s bedside when she passed.
We highly recommend this professional, caring, wonderful agency for any hospice need you may have."

"An amazing group of people to work with. Dealing with the decline and eventual death of my mother was a difficult situation to manage but Alaga Healthcare made me feel like I had an entire support team behind me every step of the way. From Kimmy’s kindness and thorough explanation of the process, to nurse Jamie being our rock when things got scary or tough. To Mayra for always coming by with a great attitude and willing to help us with anything regarding my mother’s wellbeing, to Arvin for dropping by last minute to check on our worries, and to Dave for bringing all of the equipment we needed to function as well as his positive personality.

"When our family needed additional care for our mom, we turned to Alaga Healthcare as hospice providers for our mom. I personally worked most with Kimmy. I cannot imagine how excruciating the whole experience would have been had I not been working with Alaga/Kimmy. Kimmy responded quickly to all my questions, and reassured me that most of all, her paramount focus was Mom's comfort. Kimmy and her team were compassionate, empathetic, and always kept us up to date. When my mother passed, Kimmy was by her side. Letting go of a loved one is never easy. We are so very grateful that we chose Alaga to help Mom."
